Access control is the method of controlling the access to and from the space. This video addresses all the parts that are used when determining access to doors.
Whatever the door you are trying to access, they typically all share the same equipment. This includes a controller card reader, keypad, motion sensor door strike and magnetic locks.
Keypad and card reader allows a person access to the door only if they possess specific credentials that grant access to the door. The door contacts indicate when a door is open or shut. With no need for credentials, the motion sensor will let the door open.
The brain of the operation is the access control. It manages the entire operation including front door access. It manages the system, including scheduling to keep the door open for specified duration. Additionally, the control reads card for security to determine if people are allowed access to the entrance. gvf2dcbjsu.
